On the diamond is where we spend most of our days

And battin some softball outside of the school
When a couple of guys, they were all so cool
Asked if they could bat in our neighbourhood
We played one little game, and our Father just smiled

We whistled for a cab, and when it came near
The license plate said Jesus, with a cross in the mirror
If anything we thought this couldn't be real
But said "Yo lets do it, lets go to the field!"

We pulled up to a diamond from 2 to 8
And we yelled to *Insert Team Name*

Looked at His Kingdom, we were finally there
To play our game, cause Jesus was there.
